Juan C,
no podemos postergar la discusión en torno a Checkpoint a la reunión
anual puesto que, en inglés y desde un usuario de otra empresa (IBM
Checkpoint <checkpoint en us.ibm.com>), se imponen plazos a los empleados
del 26 de febrero.

La semana pasada te recordamos que la empresa no puede imponer
unilateralmente sistemas de evaluación sin negociación con la
representación de los trabajadores. No aceptamos que se modifique
unilateralmente el actual sistema de evaluación. La información sobre el
nuevo sistema ya os la solicitamos via Eva Hernández el pasado 3 de
noviembre de 2015.

Igual que se está haciendo en Austria y Alemania, exijimos que el
proceso se paralice al menos hasta que se informe adecuadamente a esta
RLT. En castellano.

1 What are you working toward right now? These are your goals! They
don't have to be extensive - just what you're working on in the near
term. Need help? Try this easy guide to help you draft great goals.

 Log into Checkpoint Tracker and document 3-5 goals by February 26.
Don't wait for your manager to cascade goals - that's a thing of the
past! You'll need to agree on your goals with your manager, but you're
empowered to get started right away and then align with your manager
afterward.
3 Discuss your goals with your manager and update/revise throughout the
year as you accomplish goals, set new ones, or have a change in
priorities.

In the countries Germany and Austria the implementation of Checkpoint is
subject to completion of the required information and consultation
processes. Managers and employees in those countries will be notified as
soon as the consultation process has been completed.
