Queridas hermanas,

Según nos aproximamos a nuestro Encuentro Internacional de MdN, la 
excitación está en el aire.

Solo hay algunas formalidades. Mando adjunto el formulario de 
inscripción en este correo. Por favor rellenadlo y mandádmelo cuanto 
antes. Usaremos esta información para organizar el alojamiento, la 
comida y los viajes. Por desgracia, uno de los financiadores ha retirado 
la financiación y hemos añadido una tasa de registro para corregir el 
déficit.

Para aquellas de vosotras que habéis confirmado vuestra asistencia por 
correo electrónico, os daremos alojamiento (Hotel Lagoon Beach) y 
transporte para el encuentro. Si no has confirmado, lo tienens que hacer 
urgentemente pues tenemos sitio limitado para el alojamiento.

El transporte (del hotel a la sede del encuentro) excluye el trnasporte 
desde y hasta el aeropuerto. Esto será un gasto particular de cada una. 
Si queréis preparara el transporte, yo os puedo dar algunos detalles 
para eso:

En nuestro próximo correo sobre en encuentro de MdN de marzo, os 
mandaremos un borrador del programa, detalles sobre nuestra marcha del 
Día de la Mujer al parlamento el 8 de marzo e información importante 
sobreel viaje.

Ha habido una petición de apoyo económico para los billetes de avión. Si 
alguien puede donar, se agradecería mucho.

Dear Sisters

As we are getting closer to our International WIB gathering, excitement 
is in the air.

There are just a few formalities.Â  I have attached a registration form 
to this e-mail. Please fill this out and return to me as soon as you 
can. We will be using this information for accommodation, food and 
travelling. Unfortunately, one funder has withdrawn the funding and we 
have now added a registration fee to assist with the shortfall.

For those of you who have confirmed attendance via email, we will be 
providing you with accommodation ( Lagoon Beach Hotel) and transport for 
the gathering. If you have not confirmed, you need to do so urgently as 
we only have limited space for accommodation.

The transport (from the hotel to the gathering venue) excludes the 
transfer to and from the airport. This will have to be a personal 
expense. If you would like to arrange a transfer, I can provide you with 
some details to do this.

In our next emailÂ communicationÂ about the WIB gathering in March, we 
will update you with a draft of the programme, details about our Women's 
Day march to parliament on 8 March and relevant travel information.

There has been a request for air ticket funding. If anyone is able to 
donate, this will be greatly appreciated.Â
