Dear Yolanda Rouiller,

I decided I should reach out to you urgently for your assistance, if 
possible. Can you please help this week urgently in lobbying the 
government of Spain in support of my report as UN Special Rapporteur in 
the field of cultural rights on fundamentalism, extremism and the 
cultural rights of women? I am presenting it to the General Assembly on 
*Wednesday October 25 from 10AM-1PM*. Thanks for considering this. I
