  Hi all,

  Les Enfants d'Abord, the largest national home ed
  organisation in France, is celebrating its 20th anniversary at its
  annual gathering during the last week of August.

  We
  are planning
  a weekend celebration the 23rd and 24th of August, mainly in French,
  but Alan Thomas will be speaking in English on informal learning on
  Sunday the 24th. We will also be welcoming our own Sylvie Martin
  talking about her book "Les dix plus gros mensonges sur l'école à la
  maison" (translated as "The ten biggest lies about homeschooling"), who
  speaks English too. During the week,
  there will be workshops or outings for all ages proposed and organised
  by the participants (as well as our usual annual meeting for members.)

  There
  is still space in the campground if anyone would like to join us. A
  couple of caravans are available at the moment and lots of camping spaces.

  The gatherig is at St Justin campground, Les Landes (40), southwest France, from Aug 23rd to Aug 30th.

  Reserve directly with the campsite, indicating that you are coming for the Les Enfants d'Abord gathering.

  RENCONTRE D'ETE SPECIALE 20 ANS DE LEDA du 23 au 30 août.

  Pour fêter les 20 ans de LEDA la rencontre d'été va se dérouler dans un camping de 3 hectares
  Spécialement réservé par l'association.
  Dans les Landes sous les pins et les chênes centenaires
  Adhérents, mais aussi tous les anciens adhérents et les amis de LEDA sont conviés
  A cette rencontre qui s'annonce exceptionnelle et se déroulera du 23 au 30 aout 2008.

  Plusieurs possibilités d'hébergement s'offrent à vous :
  Locatif, forfaits pour 4 personnes 1 véhicule :
  · SIR (caravane avec auvent, vaisselle, plaque 2 feux, frigo sans salle d’eau ni WC) : 243 euros/sem
  · Mobil’home 4 ou 5 pers : 351 euros/sem
  · Chalets louisiane : 360 euros/sem
  · Chalets fabre : 378 euros/sem.

  Personnes supplémentaires (hors forfait 4 pers) dans les locatifs : 30 euros/ pers/sem.

  Camping :
  Forfait emplacement de camping pour 4 personnes 1 véhicule : 14 euros/j
  + 3euros pour l’électricité 6A
  Personne supplémentaire 4 euros/j
  Enfant jusqu’à 6 ans supplémentaire 2.50 euros/j

  Un acompte de 100 euros par locatif devra être envoyé au camping pour valider chaque réservation.
  Les emplacements de camping doivent également être réservés mais sans versement d'acompte.
