Russia: Call for solidarity with the victims of property pyramid swindle
on hunger strike

On 17th April the swindled victims of the property pyramids began a
hunger strike in Moscow.
There are some 200 thousand households throughout Russia who have fallen
victim to dishonest property dealers, with the support of the local
authorities. That is almost as many people as are on the streets or
living in make- shift accommodation.

El 17 de abril 2007 comenzó una huelga de hambre convocada por los
"estafados de las pirámides inmobiliarias" en Moscú.
Son alrededor de 200 mil de familias en todas las regiones de Rusia que
han sido víctimas de operadores inmobiliarios deshonestos, sostenidos
por los poderes locales. Son casi tantas personas que están en la calle
o que residen en viviendas provisionales.

Le 17 avril a débuté une grève de la faim des dits « floués des
pyramides immobiliètes » à Moscou.
Ils sont environ 200 mille foyers dans toutes les régions de Russie à
avoir été victimes d'opérateurs immobiliers véreux soutenus par les
pouvoirs locaux. Soit presque autant de personnes à être dans la rue ou
à résider dans des habitations de fortune.

Il 17 aprile 2007 è iniziato a Mosca lo sciopero della fame dei
cosiddetti "truffati delle piramidi immobiliari".
Si tratta di circa duecentomila famiglie, in tutte le regioni della
Russia, rimaste vittime di loschi operatori immobiliari sostenuti dai
poteri locali. Ciò significa che un numero pressoché equivalente di
persone si trova in mezzo a una strada o abita in alloggi di fortuna.
