iniciativa de la societat civil internacional que, recuperant l'esperit de
l'històric Tribunal Russell sobre el Vietnam del 1967, examinarà les
responsabilitats de les organitzacions internacionals i dels Estats en la no
aplicació del Dret internacional, violacions de les quals és víctima la
població palestina.<br>

Encara que les seves resolucions no són vinculants, el treball del Tribunal <span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">es basa en la legislació
