Consagrat el 1949 de la mà de Truman-el llavors president dels Estats Units qui li va promoure com a contribució "a la millora i al creixement de les àrees subdesenvolupades" -, el desenvolupament es veu avui profundament qüestionat per la crisi socioecològica que sacseja les bases de la civilització industrial. Aquest article de Florent Marcellesi proposa revisar el concepte de desenvolupament per construir una altra cooperació.</font></td>

L'article planteja la definició de deute, la irrupció a Europa del deute (tant en el sector públic com en el privat), el seu impacte general a la sanitat (prenent com a exemple Catalunya), així com la proposta de realitzar una Auditoria Ciutadana de Deute.</font></td>

Se'ns diu que ens hem dotat d'una assistència sanitària pública que no ens podem permetre donat el nostre nivell de renda. Alguns creuen que la solució més important i general, pot venir de la privatització del sistema o de l'establiment de formes de gestió que apropin la gestió pública de la nostra sanitat a formes privades basades en els indicadors que proporciona el mercat.</font></td>

Un centenar de projeccions, amb milers d´espectadors (unes 2000 persones en les diferents projeccions), més de 24.000 visualitzacions a internet (a més de 13.700 visualitzacions dels capítols a <a href="http://www.interferencies.cc">www.interferencies.cc</a>), la projecció a 5 festivals, i <a href="http://www.quepoblog.blogspot.com.es/2012/12/interferencies-festivales-premios-y.html">dos premis</a> que hem recollit recentment (Festival de DDHH de Santa Coloma de Gramanet i el Cimameriche Film Festival de Gènova), avalen el treball de <a href="http://www.quepo.org">Quepo</a> i l´ODG, que segueix sent tant vigent com quan fa un any vam estrenar. Fa uns dies fins i tot el blog 3500Millones de El País ens va publicar un <a href="http://blogs.elpais.com/3500-millones/2012/12/audiovisuales-que-nos-mueven-por-dentro.html">article sobre la vigència d´Interferències</a>. Més de 4.000 participants, 300 xarxes i organitzacions de 28 països de tota Europa i més enllà, es van reunir per debatre i elaborar estratègies conjuntes per construir una altra Europa. Malgrat l´alta participació en la campanya, el passat 11 de desembre el Parlament va ratificar el tractat de lliure comerç amb Colòmbia, suposant una ocasió perduda per a la protecció dels drets humans en aquest país. S'aporten coneixements bàsics respecte a la concepció dels drets socials i ambientals des d'una perspectiva garantista. D'aquesta manera, s'analitzen les principals eines disponibles per a la seva defensa i exigibilitat en els diferents àmbits (internacional, regional i estatal). En segon terme, es duu a terme una formació específica sobre la relació entre transnacionalització de l'economia i vulneració de drets humans.
Per acabar, es treballarà l'ús de l'enfocament de drets humans a partir de dos casos pràctics: un d'àmbit internacional, el Tribunal Permanent dels Pobles i, un altre espanyol, la Plataforma d'Afectats per la Hipoteca.
