D'una banda el govern i l'empresa pretenen donar una visió del projecte lligada al desenvolupament sostenible del país i la regió, a la millora de les condicions de vida de la població i l'impuls de l'energia renovable, i per altra banda trobem l'Associació d'afectats (ASOQUIMBO) que estan demostrant que en realitat la represa comportarà un empobriment de les i els pobladors de la regió a més de riscos per al medi ambient.</font></td>

El resultat ha estat l´inici d´un procés d´Auditoria Ciutadana per demostrar l´il·legitimitat del deute, denunciar els seus responsables i exigir el NO PAGAMENT del deute il·legítim.<br><br>
Des de l´ODG participem activament a la Plataforma i convidem a totes les ciutadanes i ciutadans, així com a grups en lluita, entitats i moviments socials, independentment dels seus coneixements o experiència, a participar en aquest procés d´aprenentatge col·lectiu i empoderament. <br><br>

El passat 20 de març es va presentar a la <a href="http://www.bbvasinarmas.org/"> Junta General d´Accionistes del BBVA el diploma de principal inversor en armes </a>. El Banc Santander ocupa la segona posició en el rànquing de la banca armada espanyola. El 30 de març s´ha participat també en la <a href="http://www.bancosantandersinarmas.org/"> Junta General d´Accionistes del Santander </a>, denunciant no només els recursos que aquest banc ha dedicat al negoci de les armes, sinó també que segueix participant en el finançament de la hidroelèctrica de Sant Antoni a l´Amazònia brasilera. Juntament amb les campanyes <a href="http://www.bbvasinarmas.org/"> "BBVA sense armes" </a> i <a href="http://www.bancosantandersinarmas.org/"> " Banc Santander sense armes "</a> s´ha presentat el portal el portal <a href="http://www.bancaarmada.org/"> www.bancaarmada.org </a> en el qual denuncia la relació de aquestes i moltes altres entitats financeres espanyoles amb la indústria armamentística i altres sectors controvertits. La nova pàgina web inclou el rànquing de la banca armada a l´Estat espanyol. En aquest mateix web es pot comprovar que les noves entitats financeres catalanes: Catalunya Caixa, Banc Sabadell, Banc Mare Nostrum i Caixa Bank, apareixen al rànquing de la banca armada espanyola.
