El resultat de les negociacions del clima a Durban, i les negociacions en sí mateix, han generat una enorme disparitat de reaccions. A les zones industrials de Rabat, Tànger i Casablanca es fabrica roba per a tot tipus d´empreses, incloses les grans firmes amb presència internacional. La primera deslocalització del tèxtil espanyol va tenir com a destinació prioritària el Marroc, per la seva proximitat a la península i per les restriccions a la importació de peces d´Àsia que imposava l´Acord Multifibres (AMF). El creixement de l´ocupació industrial ha convertit ciutats com Tànger, Casablanca i Rabat en àrees d´atracció de migracions internes. En el sector tèxtil i de la confecció s´han generat molts milers de llocs de treball, però les condicions de vida de les persones que realitzen aquests treballs són especialment dures. La promesa de “desenvolupament” a través de la implantació d´una indústria tèxtil orientada a l´exportació és una promesa incomplida al Marroc...</font></td>

A Astúries, Barcelona, Córdoba, Madrid o València, s’estan fent reunions per a definir els objectius i característiques d’aquesta Auditoria Ciutadana, on participem persones i grups pertanyents a la Campanya Qui deu a Qui?, juntament amb d’altres vinculats al 15M o a xarxes com Attac o DRY. <br><br>
A Barcelona, les reunions es celebren quinzenalment cada dos dimarts a les 19:30h al Local Aureas a C/ Sardenya 261-263. Si teniu ganes de participar us podeu posar en contacte amb l’ODG a <a href=mailto:formacio@odg.cat>formacio@odg.cat</a> o amb el Grup de Treball de l’Auditoria del Deute del 15M de Barcelona a <a href=mailto:auditoriadeuda.bcn15m@gmail.com>auditoriadeuda.bcn15m@gmail.com</a>. La propera reunió a Barcelona és el 31 de gener. A més, a Córdoba la propera reunió és el 8 de febrer, a Madrid el 29 de febrer i a València el 7 de febrer. Properament es celebrarà una trobada Estatal i s’està parlant també de celebrar una reunió de coordinació amb diferents iniciatives d’auditoria arreu d’Europa. A Grècia, Irlanda, Portugal o França estan també actius processos d’auditories ciutadanes.

El informe denuncia casos de vulneració de drets humans i ecològics, així com participacions en empreses d´armes i d´altres activitats d´ètica qüestionable. Una mostra de l´allunyament de les entitats financeres de la seva suposada missió social. Entre els impactes detectats, destaquen greus casos d´impactes socials i ecològics. A través de la seva participació en empreses com Repsol, Petronor, Iberdrola o Inverlur, les caixes BBK i Kutxa resulten corresponsables de greus vulneracions de drets socials i mediambientals tant en països empobrits, com Perú, Argentina o Brasil, com en el nostre entorn més proper, amb la contaminació de la costa biscaïna o els casos de corrupció urbanística a Màlaga i de construcció en zones protegides de Múrcia. Així mateix, és greu la participació de Kutxa, BBK i Caja Vital en empreses que fabriquen armament, com ara CAF, Amper, Ibèrica de l´Espai o RYMSA. En la mateixa línia, SETEM reprova la participació de les caixes en empreses amb nombroses societats en paradisos fiscals, sense oblidar la seva qüestionable gestió de les execucions immobiliàries, en cas d´impagament. <br>

<b>Crida a la manifestació #28G </b><br><br>
Ens trobem en un moment de greu crisi del sistema, conseqüència de la cobdícia de banquers i grans empresaris i del malbaratament dels recursos públics -salvant bancs i fent obres faraòniques...- que ha mostrat la cara més ferotge del capitalisme neoliberal i de la globalització. La crisi econòmica ha mostrat l'estat del benestar precari en el que vivim, una manca de llibertats democràtiques i una societat fortament desigual que va camí de la fractura social.<br><br>
Mentre que a Davos, al Forum Economic Mundial, els més rics es reuneixen per consolidar el neo-liberalisme, a Catalunya més de 742.000 persones estan a l'atur, 1 de cada 5 catalanes està empobrida. Però tot i això, els béns de luxe que només es poden permetre uns pocs baten records de vendes. Els hospitals tanquen plantes senceres i serveis d'urgències, els Centres d'Atenció Primària redueixen els horaris, l'educació pública cau en el més absolut oblit, s'executa pràcticament un desnonament cada hora, s'expulsa dels serveis socials els més pobres i així i tot, els grans consorcis empresarials augmenten els beneficis mentre es dediquen a reduir les plantilles.<br><br>
Per això, és urgent i necessari que la ciutadania prenguem el carrer per fer sentir la nostra veu i la de les persones més desafavorides. És més urgent que mai que canviem el rumb de les polítiques neoliberals que només beneficien als més rics, al l'1% de la població mundial que acumula prou riquesa per exercir un enorme poder sobre els països i els pobles.<br><br>
Per això, des del Fòrum Social Català, espai de trobada obert, divers, plural, no confessional, no governamental i no partidari, que aplega més de 300 organitzacions, cridem tota la ciutadania a fer sentir la seva veu el proper dia 28 de gener a les cinc de la tarda a una manifestació sense banderes ni sigles, que sortirà de Plaça Catalunya / Ronda Sant Pere. Confluirem en el recorregut de la manifestació amb Plataforma Prou Retallades que anunciarà properament el seu lloc de concentració.<br><br>
Perquè tenim dret a decidir el nostre futur. Perquè si convertim les propostes en projectes, si ens unim i alcem la nostra veu, el canvi serà possible.<br><br>
Passem de la indignació a l'acció! No a la dictadura financera! Aturem les retallades!<br><br>
Una altra política és possible! Una altra economia és necessària!<br><br>
Fem possibles una altra Catalunya i un altre món!<br><br>

La sessió té l'objectiu de reflexionar sobre la pau i la guerra a partir de la literatura de l'autora britànica Hannah Arendt, qui fou un testimoni central del totalitarisme del segle passat.
L'acte s'ha organitzat arran de la publicació, la tardor passada, del llibre d'Arendt "Sobre la violència" (ICIP i Angle Editorial, dins la col·lecció Clàssics de la Pau i la Noviolència). Intervindran Rafael Grasa, president de l'ICIP, i Fina Birulés, professora de literatura contemporània de la Universitat de Barcelona. La presentació anirà a càrrec de Ramon Alcoberro, professor de filosofia de la Universitat de Girona.<br><br>
