deute permès pels successius governs de la Generalitat és

tarifes no es destinessin a pagar els beneficis dels accionistes
d’aquestes empreses i multinacionals podríem gaudir d’una gestió
econòmica viable, eficient, transparent i equitativa. Si la
gestió es privatitza, o es creen els anomenats mercats líquids,
els beneficis no revertiran en la prevenció de la contaminació,
si no en solucions de final de canonada, i tampoc es promouran
ni l’estalvi ni l’equitat social de les tarifes si no
l’increment de clients i els consums a la recerca de més
benefici.</p>
