La Xarxa Ciutadana per l´Abolició del Deute Extern (XCADE) va aconseguir el suport de més d’un milió de persones a tot l’Estat espanyol en favor de l´Abolició del Deute. Fou una experiència en majúscules de democràcia participativa, amb més de 20.000 persones participant en la seva organització.<br><br>
Una dècada després ens volem preguntar què queda d´aquella mobilització, què s´ha aconseguit i, sobretot, quins reptes ens queden per afrontar. Reptes a nivell de la lluita per unes relacions Nord-Sud més justes, però també reptes a nivell de participació i mobilització. Per això, us convidem a 2 actes: <br><br>

Des de l´ODG valorem molt negativament les propostes que el Govern ha enviat al Parlament, ja que amb aquestes Lleis es creen nous instruments generadors de deute, sense la garantia que no es generi nou deute il·legítim al Sud. En aquest sentit, l´ODG, juntament amb la Campanya ´Qui deu a qui?´ està intentant d´incidir en el tràmit i en el debat parlamentari que s´està duent a terme en aquests moments. Així, el passat 15 de febrer l´ODG va comparèixer davant la Comissió de Cooperació Internacional per al Desenvolupament del Congrés de Madrid per defensar la necessitat d´establir un nou marc legal en què es contempli la corresponsabilitat del Govern espanyol en la creació del deute al Sud (<b><a href="http://www.congreso.es/portal/page/portal/Congreso/GenericPopUp?_piref73_2138150_73_2138147_2138147.next_page=/wc/verEmision&video=mms://congresodiferido.congreso.es/archivo/09_326_19_1.asf&canal=2&nombreOrgano=Comisión de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo&fechaSeleccionada=15 de Febrero de 2010&directo=no&origen=archivoAudiovisual&origen=archivoAudiovisual&idOrgano=326&idSesion=19">vegeu en aquest enllaç la compareixença</a></b>). D´aquesta manera, que també es contempli l´obligatorietat d´establir mecanismes d´Avaluació i Auditoria, tant dels crèdits ja concedits com dels que es volen concedint en el futur. El compromís de l´ODG és el de continuar incidint en el procés en tot el tràmit parlamentari, tant al Congrés com al Senat. L´assignatura té com objectiu introduir a l´estudiant als conflictes ambientals derivats de l´accés de diferents actors als recursos naturals (i serveis ambientals) i alhora, els derivats de les càrregues de la contaminació. És a dir, tots aquells conflictes ecològic-distributius (locals o internacionals) nascuts del creixent metabolisme social, des del punt de vista de la pugna d´actors amb diferents interessos i valors, que utilitzen llenguatges de valoració també distints. Està orientada principalment a estudiants de doctorat. L´assignatura forma part de l´especialitat del Màster de Sostenibilitat de la UPC que correspon a l´avaluació de polítiques ambientals. <br><br>
