Peasant dairy farmers face a big crises as the prices are as low as never: this 

is true for European farmers but also for milk producers in developing countries 

and their infant dairy industries.&nbsp; As you know, the European Union pays 

again export subsidies on milk products since January 2009. Dumping of European 

is still and again a big 

problem.<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 

In Germany in a online-campaign 29.000 individuals protested against dumping of 

milk products (www.milchdumpingstoppen.de &lt;<A 

href="http://www.milchdumpingstoppen.de/">http://www.milchdumpingstoppen.de/</A>&gt; 

).<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 

We now want to protest to the European Commission with the support of as many 

European NGOs and Networks 

possible.<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

attachment in English and 

German).<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 

We wish to send the appeal in an open&nbsp; letter to Commissioner Mariann 

Fischer Boel and the ministers of Agric on the occasion of the Agricultural and 

Fisheries Council&nbsp; of the EU on July 13-14, 

2009.<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
