El FAD és un instrument amb un doble objectiu: per una banda és un important suport a la internacionalització de l’economia espanyola, i per l’altra, les operacions esmentades són comptabilitzades com a AOD, i generen deute extern bilateral per al país receptor. Per a això hem analitzat el cas d’un país com Nicaragua, considerat pel Banc Mundial (BM) i el Fons Monetari Internacional (FMI) com un País Empobrit Altament Endeutat (PEAE o HIPC). </font></td>

Amb aquesta efemèride el govern xinès pretén presentar la República Popular de la Xina a la resta del món com un estat preparat per entomar els nous reptes del Segle XXI. Durant disset dies tots els mitjans de comunicació mundial estaran pendents del que passi en aquest país, amb una extensió gairebé dues vegades i mitja la Unió Europea i una població de més de 1.300 milions d’habitants, una cinquena part de la població mundial. D’altra banda, l’economia xinesa es troba en un moment continuat de creixement exponencial, amb taxes de més del 10% del PIB any rera any, i és l’enveja de molt governants del món que fins i tot s’atreveixen a parlar del ‘miracle’ xinès. <br><br>
Realment, però, es pot parlar de ‘miracle’ xinès? En quin sentit? Amb quins costos interns i externs? En aquest nou Seminari de l’ODG respondrem aquestes i d’altres preguntes entorn al fenomen xinès. Així, en una primera part explicarem com ha estat possible que la Xina hagi arribat a convertir-se ja avui en la tercera economia mundial. Alhora, voldrem esbrinar cap a on sembla que pot anar la Xina en un futur. Podrem parlar d’Imperi Xinès? En una segona part debatrem sobre el paper de la Xina com a creditor internacional i el doble paper que juga a l’hora de donar crèdit, si bé es tracta d’un país occidental o bé si és un país empobrit. Com que la "cimera del petroli" sembla voler ocultar totes aquestes injustícies i fer-se un rentat d´imatge, els moviments socials volem respondre organitzant una TROBADA SOCIAL ALTERNATIVA AL PETROLI (ESAP per les sigles en castellà) on donar a conèixer, formar-nos i debatre sobre els impactes i les polítiques d´aquestes transnacionals, buscant també alternatives a la dependència del petroli, que està al centre d´un model de consum irresponsable i insostenible. Des de l´ODG, amb la resta d´entitats de la campanya "Qui deu a Qui?" i d´altres d´arreu de l´Estat espanyol, ens adherim a aquesta convocatòria (amb la presentació de tallers que evidenciin la relació entre el deute i el petroli o el veritable paper de la RSC) i us animem a a participar i donar suport al ENCUENTRO SOCIAL ALTERNATIVO - ESAP que es celebrarà a Madrid entre el 27 i 29 de juny.<br><br>

<td class="txt"><font style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; color: #666666; text-decoration:none; list-style-image: url(/imatges/vinyeta.gif); list-style-position: outside; "> En resposta al Congrés Mundial del Petroli que es celebrarà a Madrid entre els próxims 29 de juny i 3 de juliol, convoquem a totes les entitats catalanes a participar i donar suport al ENCUENTRO SOCIAL ALTERNATIVO - ESAP que es celebrarà a Madrid entre el 27 i 29 de juny.<BR><BR>
Per primera vegada a l'estat espanyol, es celebra a Madrid (IFEMA) del 29 de juny al 3 de juliol el 19è Congrés Mundial del Petroli, en el que participaran caps d'Estat, representants de governs, directius de petroleres com Repsol, Exxon, Petrobrás, BP, Chevron…, a més d'altres empreses energètiques. Seran més de 4000 delegats que treballaran sobre 4 àrees: upstream (extracció), downstream i petroquímica (refinatge i demés), gas natural i renovables i gestió industrial.
<BR><BR>
Les corporacions petroleres, amb la complicitat dels governs i organismes internacionals desencadenen multitud de guerres, agressions a pobles, desastres naturals…per obtenir enormes beneficis espoliant els recursos naturals dels països on es troben assentades.
<BR><BR>
Com que la "cimera del petroli" sembla voler ocultar totes aquestes injustícies i fer-se un rentat d'imatge, els moviments socials volem respondre organitzant una TROBADA SOCIAL ALTERNATIVA AL PETROLI (ESAP per les sigles en castellà) on donar a conèixer, formar-nos i debatre sobre els impactes i les polítiques d'aquestes transnacionals, buscant també alternatives a la dependència del petroli, que està al centre d'un model de consum irresponsable i insostenible.<BR><BR>
Durant els mesos previs a l'esdeveniment, estem celebrant reunions d'àmbit local i estatal per definir els continguts i les accions que durem a terme, coincidint amb el Congrés. Per aquest motiu,CONVIDEM A TOTA PERSONA O MOVIMENT SOCIAL a formar part activa en aquesta Trobada: organitzant manifestacions, tallers…, a Madrid o a les vostres ciutats, o difonent la informació que rebeu, per fer sentir, una vegada més, la nostra veu contra la injustícia.<BR><BR>

Amb aquesta efemèride el govern xinès pretén presentar la República Popular de la Xina a la resta del món com un estat preparat per entomar els nous reptes del Segle XXI. Durant disset dies tots els mitjans de comunicació mundial estaran pendents del que passi en aquest país, amb una extensió gairebé dues vegades i mitja la Unió Europea i una població de més de 1.300 milions d’habitants, una cinquena part de la població mundial. D’altra banda, l’economia xinesa es troba en un moment continuat de creixement exponencial, amb taxes de més del 10% del PIB any rera any, i és l’enveja de molt governants del món que fins i tot s’atreveixen a parlar del ‘miracle’ xinès. <br><br>
Realment, però, es pot parlar de ‘miracle’ xinès? En quin sentit? Amb quins costos interns i externs? En aquest nou Seminari de l’ODG respondrem aquestes i d’altres preguntes entorn al fenomen xinès. Així, en una primera part explicarem com ha estat possible que la Xina hagi arribat a convertir-se ja avui en la tercera economia mundial. Alhora, voldrem esbrinar cap a on sembla que pot anar la Xina en un futur. Podrem parlar d’Imperi Xinès? En una segona part debatrem sobre el paper de la Xina com a creditor internacional i el doble paper que juga a l’hora de donar crèdit, si bé es tracta d’un país occidental o bé si és un país empobrit. Finalment, volem posar sobre la taula els impactes ambientals del model de creixement de la Xina, tant al seu interior com a la resta del món.<br><br>
