<td class="txt"><font style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; color: #666666; text-decoration:none; list-style-image: url(/imatges/vinyeta.gif); list-style-position: outside; ">Després de més de cinc dècades de cooperació al desenvolupament, si bé és cert que a alguns països empobrits (sobretot a l’Amèrica Llatina) la mitjana de la població compta amb millors índexs de salut i educació o amb majors possibilitats de viure a una democràcia de pluripartidisme, és absolutament alarmant que aquest procés hagi estat acompanyat paral•lelament d’una creixent desigualtat a la distribució de la riquesa, del benestar i de les oportunitats. En efecte, la desigualtat ataca fortament milions de persones que viuen condemnades a una misèria permanent. En aquest sentit, sembla que l’Ajuda Oficial per al Desenvolupament (AOD) hagi estat un fracàs, ja que no ha complert amb el seu objectiu d’afavorir al desenvolupament i al benestar de la població dels països receptors de l’ajuda esmentada. </font></td>

ODG està participant activament en la Xarxa Birregional Europa-Amèrica Llatina i en els preparatius de les diferents activitats que es realitzaran en aquest moment (presentació de casos, organització de tallers). En l’adjunt, podeu veure el “Document Marc del Tribunal. Nuclis conceptuals”, destinat a facilitar l´orientació de les organitzacions que presentaran els diferents casos. Es tracta de delimitar una visió global que reculli els nuclis conceptuals clau que permetin ordenar la presentació de casos en el Tribunal, i assenyalar a l´opinió pública quins són els principals perjudicis causats per les transnacionals europees en el territori llatinoamericà i del Carib.
