la orden de localización y detención emitida por el Ministerio del Interior
contra los militantes del Sindicato Andaluz de Trabajadores/as (SAT) que el
pasado martes 7 de agosto participaron en diversas acciones reivindicativas en
la gran superficie Carrefour de Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz) y Mercadona de
Écija (Sevilla). El objetivo de tales acciones era denunciar la naturaleza
profundamente injusta de las reformas legislativas impuestas en los últimos años
contra los sectores económicamente más débiles de Andalucía, con el resultado de
que el 35% de las familias de las principales ciudades andaluzas está por debajo
del umbral de la pobreza, más de 1.250.000 desempleados/as, tres millones de
pobres y más de 200.000 familias con todos sus miembros en el paro y sin cobrar
ningún tipo de percepción. Es decir, una situación ética y jurídicamente
insostenible, dado que el creciente fortalecimiento, ostentación e impunidad de
bancos, multinacionales, grandes holdings y poder económico en general choca
frontalmente con la creciente pérdida de derechos básicos de amplios sectores de
la población andaluza.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

Por ello, declaro ante la autoridad competente y, en particular, ante el Sr.
Ministro de Interior que ha ordenado la localización y detención de los
compañeros que han protagonizado la acción descrita, que coincido, apoyo y
respaldo al SAT en su iniciativa del pasado 7 de agosto, dado que el SAT con
estas acciones reivindicativas, no-violentas y simbólicas, ha pretendido
despertar la conciencia de la sociedad, así como denunciar la dejación y
complicidad de los gobernantes por el incumplimiento de responsabilidades
institucionales, en especial la que respecta a la reiterada negación de derechos
sociales actualmente reconocidos en el Estatuto Andaluz, la Constitución
Española e incluso la propia Declaración Universal de Derechos
Humanos.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
