<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3>Con premeditación y alevosía los responsables de los Departamentos de Empresa y ocupación y Bienestar Social del Gobierno de la Generalitat han causado un daño irreparable a decenas de miles de ciudadanos/as de Catalunya que malviven con la llamada Renta Mínima de Inserción o PIRMI (423 euros mensuales)</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 16pt"> </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 11pt">al pasar del pago mediante transferencia bancaria al pago mediante</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 16pt"> </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 11pt">cheque bancario a domicilio</SPAN><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black">. Nada justifica
 cambiar sin previo aviso, sin antelación suficiente el modo de pago del PIRMI. A fecha de 10 de agosto 40.000 personas beneficiarias del PIRMI seguían sin cobrarlo, no pudiendo hacer frente a sus necesidades elementales y arriesgando el impago del alquiler y de los servicios básicos. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 16pt" lang=ES-TRAD></SPAN></FONT>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3>Los responsables de esta injusticia deben corregir de inmediato su actuación, abonar el PIRMI a quienes no la han percibido y cubrir los daños ocasionados por su pésima y miserable gestión. Tras ello deben ser cesados por incompetencia manifiesta y por el dolor social causado.</FONT></SPAN>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3>El Presidente de la Generalitat Sr. Artur Mas es el principal responsable de lo sucedido al eliminar impuestos a los ricos y recortar derechos sociales a la gran mayoría de la ciudadanía en Catalunya. En lugar de aumentar ingresos aplicando una fiscalidad progresiva en el tramo que tiene competencias, se somete gustoso a las políticas de recorte del gasto social que dictan Bruselas, el BCE y Angela Merkel, y que agravan la crisis económica y social. </FONT></SPAN>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3></FONT></SPAN>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3>Ayer fueron los recortes en salud y educación ahora toca el turno a las ayudas sociales. En efecto, el pasado 27 de julio el Presidente Sr. Artur Mas firmó junto al Conseller de Economía la Ley de “mesures fiscals i financeres”, en cuyo artículo 62 empeora notablemente la Ley 10/1997 de la Renta Mínima de Inserción. Veamos los principales cambios:</FONT></SPAN> 
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3></FONT></SPAN>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.3pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><SPAN><FONT size=3>-</FONT><SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3>Se elimina la posibilidad de pago inmediato de la RMI desde el mismo mes de solicitarse la ayuda y a la espera de su aprobación en aquellos casos urgentes donde el equipo de atención primaria se hacía responsable (art.23, apartado2). </FONT></SPAN>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.3pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><SPAN><FONT size=3>-</FONT><SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3>Se limita a 60 mensualidades la percepción de la RMI. Tras extinguirse este derecho y aunque persistan las condiciones para recibir dicha renta el titular del expediente y la familia beneficiaria no podrá solicitar nuevamente el abono de la RMI hasta que no haya transcurrido 1 año desde la extinción, siendo condenados a la miseria y exclusión durante ese tiempo (art.23, nuevo apartado 2).</FONT></SPAN> 
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.3pt" class=yiv812064188MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><SPAN><FONT size=3>-</FONT><SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'sans-serif'; COLOR: black"><FONT size=3>Se amplía de 1 año a 2 el periodo de residencia para tener derecho a percibir la RMI (artículo 6.1.b).</FONT></SPAN>
