<p class="negrita"><b>Curs d’embaràs i part Seitai </b></p>
Us proposem un espai i un temps per viure l’embaràs de forma espontània i natural: <br>
- Escoltar i respectar el desig de la dona, del seu cos, els canvis que es van produint.<br>
- Recuperar l’instint natural en el procés de l’embaràs i el part. <br>
- Comunicar amb els nostres nadons abans i després de néixer. <br>
- Estudiar la naturalesa del ser humà, l’estructura del moviment espontani, Oseis i caràcter corporal. <br>
- Poder compartir l’experiència amb altres embarassades. <BR>
<br><BR><b>Practicarem: </b><br>
<b><font style="" color="#e36c09"><span class="naranja">Katsugen</span></font></b>, sentirem l’estat de la
nostre CVP (eix Crani–Vèrtebres-Pelvis) estimulant el moviment espontani
propi del cos, individualment i en parelles. Desenvolupa les nostres
capacitats. <br>
<font style="" color="#e36c09"><b><span class="naranja">Yuki</span></b></font>, prestarem atenció al nostre
organisme a través de las mans, Yuki a la panxa dirigit al nostre nadó i
Yuki en parelles. Ajuda al desenvolupament innat natural o espontani.<br>
<font style="" color="#e36c09"><b><span class="naranja">Gyoki</span></b></font>, augmentarem la concentració per captar el Ki, l’energia vital, a través d’exercicis respiratoris.<BR>
Curs d’embaràs i part pensat per embarassades i parelles però obert a tothom que vulgui gaudir d’aquest espai/temps.<BR>
<strong><br></strong><BR><strong>Requisits</strong>: Coneixement bàsic de Seitai<BR>
<strong>Cal portar:</strong> Roba còmoda, mitjons i un mocador o tovalloleta<br>

Barcelona (1972); titulada com a mestre de Ioga per la AEPY, Asociación
Española de Practicantes de Yoga (1972); Mestre de Seitai per l’escola Seitai
Barcelona de <span style="color: black;">Katsumi Mamine</span> (1979); Màster en
Psicologia Aplicada amb Metodologia DBM per la Universitat de València (1999);
Diplomada en Hipnosi per la Universitat de València (1999).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; color: black;" lang="CA"><br></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; color: black;" lang="CA">Porta tota una vida dedicada a
l’estudi i observació de la relació entre el cos i la ment. Des del 1968,
explora tot tipus d’activitats i pràctiques de salut relacionades amb la
integració de la ment en el cos: el Ioga, el Seitai, la Reflexologia, la
Programació Neurolingüística, el </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;" lang="CA">Developmental Behavioural Modelling
(DBM®) i la Hipnosi i Meditació, entre altres. El seu interès en la comprensió
del funcionament de l’ésser humà l’ha portat a integrar totes aquestes
pràctiques i coneixements en la seva pròpia escola de Seitai; el 1979, al <span style="color: black;">Centre Seitai Cerdanyola i des del 2004 al centre EspaiDo
Barcelona. </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; color: black;" lang="CA"><br></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; color: black;" lang="CA">Actualment coordina cursos, classes i
sessions individuals a EspaiDo, un centre on es té cura de la salut des de la
capacitat autoreguladora del cos; s’observa i es treballa el moviment espontani
per explorar les relacions humanes, l’embaràs i la criança, i acompanyar la
