comenté esto de la educación en casa, pero nunca hubo oportunidad, y además
entiendo que en Extremadura no sonaba nada. Ahora, tras algunas apariciones en
la prensa nacional, la tele, y demás, el Canal Extremadura dedicó treinta
minutos de su magazine de la mañana el viernes pasado al tema (donde intervine
al final), y vosotros publicáis en la edición del lunes 26 un artículo al que he
añadido un comentario en la web que te añado aquí abajo, pero me gustaría que se
pudiera dar una réplica por parte quienes educamos en casa en Extremadura, y ahí
te pido que nos eches un cable, y poder ejercer el derecho de
réplica.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

y como expresidente de ALE asociación que reúne a familias que educan en

estado español, y como residente en Extremadura.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Primero indicar que la educación en
familia o en casa, pretendemos que sea una opción, no una obligación ni tampoco
un objetivo a conseguir por todas las familias. Vivimos en una sociedad que
parece aceptar sólo objetivos que valgan a todo el mundo por igual, obviando las
diferencias, considerándolas un problema en vez de una ventaja. Además pensamos
que en un modelo donde se supone la libertad en educación, y la libre elección
en la misma, es porque hay opciones, y modelo pedagógico, en España sólo hay
uno; pupitres en bloque, mirando a un profesor y una
pizarra.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Segundo, no somos una moda, ni un
producto del liberalismo a ultranza, ni del mayo del 68. Hasta <st1:PersonName
ProductID="la Ley Villar-Palasí" w:st="on">la Ley Villar-Palasí</st1:PersonName>
(la de la EGB) en España, la educación en casa estaba admitida por
<st1:PersonName ProductID="la Ley Moyano" w:st="on">la Ley
Moyano</st1:PersonName>, al igual que en el resto de los países de Europa, que
el columnista parece obviar, presentando esta opción como una moda
norteamericana. Nuestro país es el único de nuestro entorno que no ha regulado
esta opción educativa; Portugal, Francia e Italia, nuestro entorno más cercano
lo regulan.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Tercero. No somos una opción de
ricos. Se trata de priozar lo importante para cada uno. En este caso el hecho de
que la educación de nuestras hijas e hijos va antes que tener dos casas, o dos
coches, o cuatro televisiones. Y si por ello debemos conciliar nuestra vida
laboral, bien vale la pena el esfuerzo.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Cuarto. El mito de <st1:PersonName
ProductID="la socialización. Existe" w:st="on">la socialización.
Existe</st1:PersonName> una dificultad en las familias educadoras en casa, a la
hora de que sus hijos e hijas se relacionen con otros menores, al toparse con el
aislamiento en el que se vive en las urbes, pero ese problema no existe en los
lugares más pequeños y humanos. En cualquier caso, es una dificultad, no una
imposibilidad. Las personas que se han educado en familia o en casa, en lugares
como Inglaterra u Holanda, donde ya se han realizado estudios debido al tiempo
que hace que se lleva realizando de forma regulada, tienen una mayor capacidad
de relacionarse y de empatizar con su entorno que las educadas en el modelo
tradicional; son más activas y participativas socialmente, y tienen grados de
relación similares a <st1:PersonName ProductID="la media. En" w:st="on">la
media. En</st1:PersonName> nuestro modelo escolar le permitimos socializar en el
patio con gente de su edad, pero no consiguen tener una relación fluida con
adultos, a quienes no conocen fuera del entorno familiar; y en clase, está
prohibido hablar entre ellos, y el trabajo en grupos no está siendo utilizado en
casi ningún aula.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

obligatorio es la educación, por la Constitución y la LODE; la escolarización
aparece como obligatoria en sus desarrollos. Pero la jerarquía de las leyes es
clara, y esto es un error continuado desde la LOGSE, ya señalado y justificado
por juristas constitucionalistas y expertos en leyes educativas, en
publicaciones tan oficiales como Escuela Española.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
