<DIV><STRONG>¿Q</STRONG><STRONG>ué es un perfume? </STRONG><BR><BR>Una emoción. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Sí? <BR><BR></STRONG>Las fosas nasales son el túnel del tiempo: puedes oler algo que te transporte de golpe a muchos años atrás... <BR><BR><STRONG>Es verdad. </STRONG><BR><BR>¡Cada perfume es una emoción! Lo identificas por la emoción que te despierta. Por eso unos olores te gustan, y otros no. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Cuántos puedo distinguir? <BR><BR></STRONG>Un millar. Un perro, 10.000 veces más. <BR><BR><STRONG>No es un sentido útil para nosotros. </STRONG><BR><BR>Alto: el 75% de tus emociones se vincula a olores. Tu cerebro retiene el 35% de lo olido, y sólo el 5% de lo visto y el 2% de lo oído. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Tenemos un cerebro olfativo? </STRONG><BR><BR>Lo es en su parte más profunda, el rinencéfalo, que está vinculado al cerebro emocional. Mientras fuimos cazadores lo ejercitamos más: ahora poco, por desgracia.
<BR><BR><STRONG>Bueno, si ya no nos hace falta... </STRONG><BR><BR>¡Estamos convirtiéndonos en autistas sensoriales! Y eso nos separa de la vida, pues los sentidos son los que nos conectan al mundo. Vivimos menos plenamente. Reacción: el creciente interés por gastronomía, vinos, perfumes... ¡Porque anhelamos reconectarnos con el mundo sensorial, con la vida! <BR><BR><STRONG>¿A qué atribuye esa desconexión? </STRONG><BR><BR>A la manía occidental de una higiene exacerbada que es ya asepsia. Empeñados en lavarnos hasta no oler a nada..., ¡luego nos perfumamos para volver a oler a algo! <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Y esto le huele mal? </STRONG><BR><BR>Nada más exquisito que el perfume de la piel desnuda de una mujer puesta al día. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Es ese su olor favorito? </STRONG><BR><BR>Sí, es el olor tántrico: el olor de nuestra propia piel. ¡Dejemos que el cuerpo huela! <BR><BR><STRONG>Pero duchado, ¿no? </STRONG><BR><BR>Cuidado: los humanos
suprimimos nuestro olor corporal... para luego buscar grasas animales - del recto de la civeta o del castor-o vómitos de cachalote - ámbar gris-para componer nuestros perfumes... ¿Y por qué no oler nuestro propio perfume humano? <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Gusta lo mismo a hombres y mujeres? </STRONG><BR><BR>Los gustos convergen: el futuro será de hombres con componente femenino y mujeres con componente masculino. Hombre y mujer ya no se unirán por necesidad recíproca: autosuficientes, lo harán... sólo ¡por amor! <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Qué tiene eso que ver con el perfume? </STRONG><BR><BR>Cada personalidad tiene su perfume. Y una personalidad equilibrada pide un perfume equilibrado. Porque yo sé qué perfume le conviene a cada persona... <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Cómo ha alcanzado esa habilidad? </STRONG><BR><BR>Desarrollé mi conciencia olfativa en Grasse, junto al maestro Marcel Carles, hijo de Jean Carles, llamado Mr. Nez,el genio de los perfumes... Perdió
el olfato... ¡y aun así compuso el gran perfume Miss Dior! <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Cómo? </STRONG><BR><BR>¡De memoria! Beethoven componía sordo... <BR><BR><STRONG>Me hablaba de su formación... </STRONG><BR><BR>Trabajé como perfumista para empresas..., hasta que me independicé y creé la perfumería emocional. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Qué es eso? </STRONG><BR><BR>Cada perfume es una emoción, y yo tengo colecciones de emociones; que se corresponden con arquetipos de personalidad olfativa. Soy artesanal: capto la personalidad de cada uno... y receto el perfume que mejor le cuadrará. ¡He entrevistado a 3.500 mujeres, he explorado sus gustos, apetencias...! <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Y qué ha descubierto? </STRONG><BR><BR>Para la romántica nostálgica, violeta. Para la creativa, jazmín. Para la hogareña, rosa. Para la amante del aire libre, muguet. Para la de club, té. Para la dinámica, azahar... <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Qué último perfume ha recetado?
</STRONG><BR><BR>A una amiga cantante, sensual y creativa: su perfume será ajazminado-achiprado, pues. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Achiprado? </STRONG><BR><BR>Son los acordes del Chipre, perfume de ámbar gris, civeta y musgo de encina. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Hay olores psicoterapéuticos? </STRONG><BR><BR>El olor a rosa abre el corazón. El olor a té favorece la claridad mental, el jazmín potencia la creatividad, la bergamota da equilibrio, la lavanda te relaja... <BR><BR><STRONG>Y si tengo el ánimo bajo..., ¿qué? </STRONG><BR><BR>Dos gotitas de esencia de rosa en un pañuelito, junto a la almohada: un par de noches durmiendo así... ¡y remontarás! También he compuesto fragancias para conducir mejor. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Para el coche? </STRONG><BR><BR>Si llevas horas conduciendo, una fragancia energizante de limón y jengibre. Si te crispas por la ciudad, una relajante de lavanda y albahaca. Y si vuelves con la familia histérica un domingo por la tarde, una
de mandarina (alegría) y vainilla (saciante). <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Qué consejo daría a la mujer para perfumarse correctamente? </STRONG><BR><BR>Tómate tiempo para oler, cotejar y elegir el que te despierte una emoción, no por moda. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Algún otro consejo? </STRONG><BR><BR>Nunca interfieras con tu perfume un concierto o una cena: ¡perfúmate al terminar, mejor! Y nunca entre los pechos. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Por qué? </STRONG><BR><BR>Bloqueas el perfume con tu cuerpo. Mejor en la nuca, donde arranca el cabello: el perfume se evapora lentamente, y podrás proyectarlo con movimientos de cabeza. <BR><BR><STRONG>¿A qué debo oler para seducir mejor? </STRONG><BR><BR>A la mujer catalana le erotiza el hombre pulcro... Y seducirás a una mujer si tu perfume es coherente con tu personalidad, si no es disonante, si está armonizado contigo: ¡eso es lo que más las atrae! <BR><BR><STRONG>¿Qué perfume armonizaría conmigo? </STRONG><BR><BR>Le

Tras preguntarme por mis gustos personales y hacerme oler unos papeles perfumados, decide que mi fragancia debería ser "achiprada, con salida de bergamota, musgo de encina y ambarina, que transmita frescura, sensualidad y elegancia", y me diagnostica Pour Homme Channel. Pues sí, huele bien, probaré...
