Direcció d'IBM GSE ha emès un comunicat reafirmant el seu
compromís amb la igualtat i fent referència al Pla d'Igualtat

de la Representació Legal de les Persones Treballadores (RLT)
considerem necessari traslladar-vos un aclariment important
per tal d’evitar confusions i per tal de garantir la
transparència deguda cap a tota la plantilla.</span><span

el Pla d'Igualtat d'IBM GSE</span></b><span

Pla d'Igualtat al qual fa referència l'empresa:</span><span

ha estat consensuat amb la RLT</b>.</span><span

representació de les persones treballadores.</span><span

validació sindical</b> que la normativa promou com a
garantia d'una negociació real i efectiva.</span><span

recordar que un Pla d</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;

no ha de ser únicament un document formal registrat, sinó el
resultat d’una <b>negociació efectiva, participada i amb
compromís real d’aplicació i seguiment</b>.<br>

<b>Protecció a les víctimes de violència de gènere</b></span><span
style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-ansi-language:ES" lang="ES">Al
comunicat empresarial s'esmenta l'existència de mesures de
protecció a les víctimes de violència de gènere.</span><span
style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-ansi-language: ES" lang="ES">Hem
d’informar amb claredat que:</span><span
style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></p>

No existeix actualment un procediment negociat amb la RLT</span></b><span

desenvolupi de manera concreta i garantista aquestes mesures.</span><span

estableixi mecanismes clars, accessibles i supervisats per a
la protecció efectiva de les possibles víctimes.</span><span

protecció davant de la violència de gènere no es pot quedar en
una declaració d’intencions; requereix de procediments clars,
