situación en la que estas desarrollándo el Teletrabajo<br>

El cuestionario deberá ser cumplimentado por la persona
trabajadora recabando la información de las<br>
condiciones particulares presentes en su domicilio.<br>
Las preguntas del cuestionario están referidas a las
condiciones específicas del lugar en el que la persona<br>
trabajadora desempeñe el trabajo con la ayuda del
ordenador y elementos auxiliares (teléfono, documentos,<br>
etc.). Por lo tanto, no se refiere a las condiciones
generales del domicilio, sino únicamente a las referidas
al lugar físico en el que realiza la tarea. <br>

Cuando consideres que es necesario tomar alguna medida
básica para desarrollar tu trabajo de forma adecuada y no
puedas adoptar o no sepas como hacerlo, debes comunicarlo
a la empresa y a nosotros. De esta manera la empresa puede
analizar la situación y ayudarte a valorarla y proponer
las medidas necesarias para poder continuar con esta
modalidad de trabajo en condiciones adecuadas de seguridad
