el tener una ocupación efectiva, la cual ha de ser proporcionada
por el empresario (artículo 4.2 Estatuto de los trabajadores). <br>

No obstante, como trabajadores tendremos que cumplir las
órdenes e instrucciones del empresario y colaborar en todo lo
que esté en nuestras manos, pero como la organización y
asignación del trabajo está en manos de la Dirección de la
empresa, entendemos que no forma parte de nuestra obligación
contractual realizar una búsqueda de trabajo dentro de la
