<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Con motivo del Día Internacional de la Mujer, la Dirección de IBM SA ha remitido un comunicado reafirmando su compromiso con la igualdad y haciendo referencia al Plan de Igualdad vigente en la empresa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Desde la Representación Legal de las Personas Trabajadoras (RLT) consideramos necesario trasladaros una aclaración importante para evitar confusiones y para garantizar la transparencia debida hacia toda la plantilla.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Sobre el Plan de Igualdad de IBM SA:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">El Plan de Igualdad al que hace referencia la empresa:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>NO ha sido consensuado con la RLT.</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Ha sido registrado sin acuerdo</strong> con la representación de las personas trabajadoras.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Por tanto, <strong>no cuenta con el respaldo ni validación sindical</strong> que la normativa promueve como garantía de una negociación real y efectiva.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Queremos recordar que un Plan de Igualdad no debe ser únicamente un documento formal registrado, sino el resultado de una <strong>negociación efectiva, participada y con compromiso real de aplicación y seguimiento</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Protección a las víctimas de violencia de género:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">En el comunicado empresarial se menciona la existencia de medidas de protección a las víctimas de violencia de género.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Debemos informar con claridad que:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>No existe actualmente un procedimiento negociado con la RLT</strong> que desarrolle de manera concreta y garantista dichas medidas.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">No se ha acordado protocolo específico que establezca mecanismos claros, accesibles y supervisados para la protección efectiva de las posibles víctimas.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">La protección frente a la violencia de género no puede quedarse en una declaración de intenciones; requiere procedimientos claros, negociados y dotados de garantías.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Nuestro compromiso</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Desde la RLT:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Seguiremos exigiendo una <strong>negociación real y efectiva</strong> del Plan de Igualdad.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Impulsaremos la creación de un <strong>procedimiento específico y garantista para la protección de víctimas de violencia de género</strong>.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Defenderemos que cualquier medida en materia de igualdad sea <strong>medible, evaluable y con seguimiento paritario</strong>.</span></li>
</ul>
