Tras la reforma legal, desde 2011 en España existe un instrumento, el Fondo de Promoción para el desarrollo (FONPRODE) que cada vez representa un volumen mayor de Ayuda Oficial al Desarrollo, en 2011 hasta un 15%. Un instrumento que en parte no genera déficit público porque tiene carácter reembolsable, lo cual puede ser un incentivo en tiempos de crisis, pero ¿es eficaz para luchar contra la pobreza?, ¿quiénes son los principales beneficiarios? A todas estas preguntas se intenta dar respuesta en esta investigación.

El curs posa el focus d’atenció en el concepte de la gestió més que no pas en la figura del gestor (community manager) perquè el model suggerit no pensa tant en clau del professional ideal per ocupar un lloc dins d’un organigrama, sinó de les necessitats que l’organització té i de les opcions de satisfer-les.

Serà elecció de cada ONGD que les competències i habilitats requerides es concentrin en una persona -o en un departament- o es distribueixin per l’estructura i, fins i tot, per tota la base social de l’organització.
