En las zonas industriales de Rabat, Tánger y Casablanca se fabrica ropa para todo tipo de empresas, incluidas las grandes firmas con presencia internacional. La primera deslocalización del textil español tuvo como destino prioritario Marruecos por su proximidad a la península y por las restricciones a la importación de prendas de Asia que imponía el Acuerdo Multifibras1 (AMF). El crecimiento del empleo industrial ha convertido a ciudades como Tánger, Casablanca y Rabat en áreas de atracción de migraciones internas. En el sector textil y de la confección se han generado muchos miles de puestos de trabajo pero las condiciones de vida de las personas que realizan estos trabajos son especialmente duras. La promesa de “desarrollo” a través de la implantación de una industria textil orientada a la exportación es una promesa incumplida en Marruecos...</font></td>

En Asturias, Barcelona, Córdoba, Madrid o Valencia, se están haciendo reuniones para definir los objetivos y características de esta Auditoría Ciudadana, donde participamos personas y grupos pertenecientes a la Campaña Quién debe a Quién?, junto con otros vinculados al 15M o a redes como Attac o DRY.<br><br>
En Barcelona, las reuniones se celebran quincenalmente cada dos martes a las 19:30 h en el Local Aureas en C /Sardenya 261-263. Si tenéis ganas de participar podéis poneros en contacto con el ODG en <a href=mailto:formacio@odg.cat>formacio@odg.cat</a> o con el Grupo de Trabajo de la Auditoría de la Deuda del 15M de Barcelona en <a href=mailto:auditoriadeuda.bcn15m@gmail.com>auditoriadeuda.bcn15m@gmail.com</a>. La próxima reunión en Barcelona será el 31 de enero. Además, en Córdoba la próxima reunión es el 8 de febrero, en Madrid el 29 de febrero y en Valencia el 7 de febrero. Próximamente se celebrará un encuentro Estatal y se está hablando también de celebrar una reunión de coordinación con diferentes iniciativas de auditoría en toda Europa. En Grecia, Irlanda, Portugal o Francia están también activos procesos de auditorías ciudadanas.

El informe denuncia casos de vulneración de derechos humanos y ecológicos, así como participaciones en empresas de armas y otras actividades de ética cuestionable. Una muestra del alejamiento de las entidades financieras de su supuesta misión social. Entre los impactos detectados, destacan graves casos impactos sociales y ecológicos. A través de su participación en empresas como Repsol, Petronor, Iberdrola o Inverlur, las cajas BBK y Kutxa resultan corresponsables de graves vulneraciones de derechos sociales y medioambientales tanto en países empobrecidos, como Perú, Argentina o Brasil, como en nuestro entorno más cercano, con la contaminación de la costa vizcaína o los casos de corrupción urbanística en Málaga y de construcción en zonas protegidas de Murcia. Asimismo, es grave la participación de Kutxa, BBK y Caja Vital en empresas que fabrican armamento, tales como CAF, Amper, Ibérica del Espacio o RYMSA. En la misma línea, SETEM reprueba la participación de las cajas en empresas con numerosas sociedades en paraísos fiscales, sin olvidar su cuestionable gestión de las ejecuciones inmobiliarias, en caso de impago.<br>

<b>Crida a la manifestació #28G </b><br><br>
Ens trobem en un moment de greu crisi del sistema, conseqüència de la cobdícia de banquers i grans empresaris i del malbaratament dels recursos públics -salvant bancs i fent obres faraòniques...- que ha mostrat la cara més ferotge del capitalisme neoliberal i de la globalització. La crisi econòmica ha mostrat l'estat del benestar precari en el que vivim, una manca de llibertats democràtiques i una societat fortament desigual que va camí de la fractura social.<br><br>
Mentre que a Davos, al Forum Economic Mundial, els més rics es reuneixen per consolidar el neo-liberalisme, a Catalunya més de 742.000 persones estan a l'atur, 1 de cada 5 catalanes està empobrida. Però tot i això, els béns de luxe que només es poden permetre uns pocs baten records de vendes. Els hospitals tanquen plantes senceres i serveis d'urgències, els Centres d'Atenció Primària redueixen els horaris, l'educació pública cau en el més absolut oblit, s'executa pràcticament un desnonament cada hora, s'expulsa dels serveis socials els més pobres i així i tot, els grans consorcis empresarials augmenten els beneficis mentre es dediquen a reduir les plantilles.<br><br>
Per això, és urgent i necessari que la ciutadania prenguem el carrer per fer sentir la nostra veu i la de les persones més desafavorides. És més urgent que mai que canviem el rumb de les polítiques neoliberals que només beneficien als més rics, al l'1% de la població mundial que acumula prou riquesa per exercir un enorme poder sobre els països i els pobles.<br><br>
Per això, des del Fòrum Social Català, espai de trobada obert, divers, plural, no confessional, no governamental i no partidari, que aplega més de 300 organitzacions, cridem tota la ciutadania a fer sentir la seva veu el proper dia 28 de gener a les cinc de la tarda a una manifestació sense banderes ni sigles, que sortirà de Plaça Catalunya / Ronda Sant Pere. Confluirem en el recorregut de la manifestació amb Plataforma Prou Retallades que anunciarà properament el seu lloc de concentració.<br><br>
Perquè tenim dret a decidir el nostre futur. Perquè si convertim les propostes en projectes, si ens unim i alcem la nostra veu, el canvi serà possible.<br><br>
Passem de la indignació a l'acció! No a la dictadura financera! Aturem les retallades!<br><br>
Una altra política és possible! Una altra economia és necessària!<br><br>
Fem possibles una altra Catalunya i un altre món!<br><br>
