Todo parece indicar que la Unión Europea sigue optando por la destrucción del campesinado familiar y de los mercados locales, favoreciendo una vez más a las grandes corporaciones de la cadena alimentaría. En esta conferencia profundizaremos sobre los impactos en los dos países y sobre quien gana y quien pierde con este acuerdo, actualizando también el actual estado del proceso.

CONTINGUT<br>
Palanca del canvi social durant més de cinquanta anys, el món de la cooperació ha evolucionat al llarg del temps, adaptant-se a les necessitats i les circumstàncies de cada moment i intentant assolir les perspectives plantejades de combatre —o, si més no, llimar— desigualtats i injustícies econòmiques i socials. Ara bé, en el moment de crisi actual, cal veure quines són les qüestions socials que afloren com a reptes del segle XXI, i estudiar quin paper hi té el teixit associatiu i quines eines poden ser útils per afrontar la nova realitat. Aquest curs vol analitzar el camí recorregut pel sector de la cooperació en les darreres dècades, i veure quines perspectives té aquest sector. S’hi plantejarà la vigència o no dels paradigmes amb els quals treballen els diversos actors de la cooperació internacional i s’hi debatrà quin tipus de relació cal establir entre països donants i països empobrits. S’hi estudiaran les connexions i les influències que hi ha entre les regions d'un món cada dia més globalitzat, i finalitzarà amb un debat sobre les perspectives regionals i el futur de la cooperació per al desenvolupament.<br><br>
