La intervención del ejercito francés en el conflicto aceleró la salida de Gbagbo el pasado 11 de abril y la llegada al poder de Alassane Outtara.

En esta ocasión el eje temático abordado es la salud en el medio rural y en la agricultura. ¿Son suficientes las políticas sanitarias en el medio rural del Estado español? ¿Las personas que viven y trabajan el medio rural tienen más riesgos para su salud? ¿La alimentación es hoy por hoy sinónimo de nutrición saludable? De todo esto se reflexiona y profundiza en la revista, complementado con ejemplos de lucha campesinas, rurales o urbanas que con imaginación y tesón, se organizan colectivamente para combatir legislaciones inadecuadas, para recuperar sabidurías desprestigiadas, variedades de cultivos locales o espacios urbanos en desuso, donde crecen ya alimentos sanos. Es tracta d’un sistema que ens fa còmplices en la seva producció de desigualtat. A aquesta forma de fer-nos còmplices en la nostra pròpia explotació li diem PRECARIETAT i EXPLOTACIÓ. Aquest és el seu joc. Es tanquen hospitals i s’acomiaden a mestres per a salvar bancs. Es tolera la corrupció mentre gent és a la presó per robar menjar. NO, diem no a les retallades i aquesta estafa, aquesta situació té responsables, i són els mateixos de sempre -Polítics, grans empresaris i banquers- treballen per al seu propi benefici a costa de la nostra vida precària.

Ha arribat l’hora que aquest joc acabi. Ara ens toca a Nosaltres!.

Juntem-nos totes les que vivim aquesta precarietat, el 1 de Maig comencem: els i les joves,els desocupats, els hipotecats, els que no ens jubilarem, les que no tenim futur, els i les metges, els professors i els alumnes, els pares i les mares. Tothom tenim alguna cosa a dir!

El curso está compuesto por 11 sesiones en dos bloques.
<br><br>
El primer bloque está dedicado al conocimiento de los distintos ámbitos de protección y exigibilidad de los derechos sociales, desde el internacional, hasta el estatal, pasando por el europeo. En esta misma sesión se abordará el caso específico de la vulneración de derechos sociales por parte de las empresas transnacionales y el posible impacto de la incorporación del enfoque de derechos en las políticas de cooperación internacional.
<br><br>
La segunda parte del curso está orientada a presentar por un lado, en que consisten los recortes en el ámbito de los derechos sociales. Por lo tanto se abordarán la contra -reforma laboral, el “re-pago” sanitario, la restricción de derechos de las personas inmigradas, la crisis del cuidado, la agilización de los desahucios por motivos económicos y la crisis alimentaria. Por otro lado, en esta segunda parte se plantearán propuestas para hacer efectivos los derechos sociales desde una perspectiva emancipadora, participativa, sostenible y plural.

En un momento en que la deuda y la austeridad generan desigualdad y pobreza dentro de Europa, este evento tratará de buscar un análisis común de la crisis financiera entre sindicatos, movimientos sociales y ONGs, a la vez que se focalizará en coordinar planes de acciones comunes y demandas por la justicia social. El encuentro será también una forma de apoyar públicamente el lanzamiento <a href="http://www.gopetition.com/petition/43171.html"> de una comisión de auditoría de la deuda en Grecia </a>.

<b>Presentación</b><br><br>
La agricultura es un sector estratégico en la política comunitaria europea. De hecho, es la partida más importante de sus presupuestos, y el Estado español es el segundo país más beneficiado de la Unión Europea. Pero ello no significa que estas políticas hayan favorecido al tejido del campesinado europeo y español. Al contrario, han facilitado el desarrollo de un modelo agro-industrial que ha dañado su modelo productivo y ha incentivado su marginación económica, hasta el punto que se lo puede considerar como una de las principales causas de los procesos de éxodo rural en Europa. Por otra parte, mediante mecanismos más o menos encubiertos de subvenciones y subsidios, la política agraria europea favorece la exportación de exceentes agrarios que inundan los mercados del sur con precios inferiores a los costes de producción, y que hacen una competencia desdela al campesinado local, al punto de hacer inviables sus explotaciones (dumping). En la actualidad, y bajo el lema PAC Horizonte 2020, se está negociando y debatiendo una reforma de la PAC que se pondría en funcionamiento en 2014. <br><br>
Este Seminario aspira a responder, con la participación de especialistas y activistas de prestigio, a preguntas que surgen en este proceso: ¿Qué hay detrás de los objetivos? ¿En qué políticas se materializarán? ¿Cuál es el papel de los lobbies agro-industriales? ¿Cuáles pueden ser las consecuencias en las economías campesinas europeas y en el Sur? ¿Qué posicionamiento adoptan los movimientos sociales campesinos y cuál es su participación en este proceso de negociaciones?<br><br>

Talleres y debates sobre una gran variedad de temas (crisis europea, deuda ecológica, neocolonialismo, luchas feministas, etc.) y de ponentes, que permiten satisfacer varias expectativas y ganas.<br>
Por la noche : música, teatro, y para los más aficionados a debates, ¡más charlas tomándonos unas copas!<br>
Estaremos alojados/as en régimen de pensión completa, o sea en habitaciones dobles o triples, con comidas colectivas ; proponemos también un espacio diario para los ňos/as <br><br>
<b>¡Un lugar de formación e intercambio entre militantes y simpatizantes de diversos horizontes, en un ambiente amistoso y acogedor!</b>
