La Red Ciudadana por la Abolición de la Deuda Externa (RCADE) recibió el apoyo de más de un millón de personas en todo el Estado Español a favor de la Abolición de la Deuda. Se trató de una experiencia en mayúsculas de democracia participativa, con más de 20.000 personas participando en la organización. <br><br>
Una década después, nos queremos preguntar qué queda de aquella movilización, que se ha conseguido y sobre todo, cuáles retos aún nos quedan por enfrentar. Retos a nivel de la lucha por unas relaciones Norte-Sur más justas, pero también retos a nivel de participación y de movilización. Por ello, les invitamos a 2 actividades: <br><br>

Desde el ODG valoramos muy negativamente las propuestas que el Gobierno ha enviado al Parlamento, puesto que con estas Leyes se crean nuevos instrumentos generadores de deuda, sin la garantía que no se genere nueva deuda ilegítima en el Sur. En este sentido, el ODG, junto con la Campaña ´Quien debe a quién?´ está intentando incidir en el trámite y en el debate parlamentario que se está llevando a cabo en estos momentos. Así, el pasado 15 de febrero el ODG compareció ante la Comisión de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo del Congreso de Madrid para defender la necesidad de establecer un nuevo marco legal en que se contemple la corresponsabilitat del Gobierno español en la creación de la deuda en el Sur (<b><a href="El pasado 6 de noviembre el Gobierno presentó, con más de dos años de atraso, los dos proyectos de Ley con los que da por reformados los dos principales mecanismos que continúan generando deudas ilegítimas en el Sur, los créditos FAD y los seguros CESCE que los acompañan. La asignatura tiene como objetivo introducir al estudiante a los conflictos ambientales derivados del acceso de diferentes actores a los recursos naturales (y servicios ambientales) y a la vez, los derivados de las cargas de la contaminación. Es decir, todos aquellos conflictos ecológico-distributivos (locales o internacionales) nacidos del creciente metabolismo social, desde el punto de vista de la pugna de actores con diferentes intereses y valores, que utilizan lenguajes de valoración también distintos. Está orientada principalmente a estudiantes de doctorado. La asignatura forma parte de la especialidad del Master de Sostenibilidad de la UPC que corresponde a la evaluación de políticas ambientales.<br><br>
