Un caso muy cercano: El Sr. Dorado, que ha sido "condenado" por delito de apropiación indebida de subvenciones públicas, no sólo no ha ido a la cárcel, sino que hoy y ahora algunos ayuntamientos, como el de Sant Feliu de Llobregat, estan teniendo tratos y facilitándole negocios altamente especulativos. Tienen tratos con un delincuente, abiertamente. També constatem com</SPAN><BR style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; "><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; ">en el cas de persones acusades de corrupció o d'apropiació indeguda de</SPAN><BR style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; "><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; ">diners públics -i blanqueig de capital, suborn, associació il•lícita, etc.</SPAN><BR style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; "><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; ">-no se'ls aplica mai la mesura de presó preventiva, per posar un exemple</SPAN><BR style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; "><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; ">citarem casos tan actuals com el de Ginés López o Jesús Sepúlveda, aquests</SPAN><BR style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; "><SPAN class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px; ">sí imputats per delictes molt greus.
