<P class=Estilo1>Enterado del proyecto de explotación minera de arcillas
en el Collado Girón de<BR>Bejís y consciente del grave y negativo impacto
medioambiental que producirá.</P>
<P class=Estilo1><STRONG>SOLICITA</STRONG></P>
<P class=Estilo1>Que se tenga en cuenta y traslade a la instancia que
corresponda, mi oposición a la totalidad de dicho proyecto por las
siguientes razones:</P>
<P class=Estilo1><STRONG>1</STRONG>.- Bejís basa su fuente de riqueza en
el turismo de interior, su principal patrimonio es la gran belleza de sus
paisajes, la protección del entorno natural es la protección del futuro
viable del pueblo. Esta zona, y el río Canales que la bordea, es de
especial belleza paisajística, por ella discurren los senderos SLV-54 de
los Miradores y el GR-7 de gran recorrido.</P>
<P class=Estilo1><STRONG>2</STRONG>. Entre los bienes de interés cultural
que protege el vigente PGOU, y que se hallan en la misma zona, están: </P>
<UL>
<LI class=Estilo1>- Las icnitas de la Badina (las huellas de dinosaurios
más antiguas de Europa)
<LI class=Estilo1>- El Camino Medieval de Arteas-Cruz de la Badina.
<LI class=Estilo1>- La Necrópolis del Collado Girón. </LI></UL>
<P class=Estilo1><STRONG>3</STRONG>.- La proximidad al Paraje Natural
Municipal de Peñaescabia.</P>
<P class=Estilo1><STRONG>4</STRONG>.- La cercanía y afectación al entorno
de "Los Arcos de Bejís" declarado monumento histórico.</P>
<P class=Estilo1><STRONG>5</STRONG>.- El posible impacto a las capas
freáticas del manantial de Los Cloticos, fuente principal de la de riqueza
del pueblo.</P>
<P class=Estilo1><STRONG>6</STRONG>.- Esta zona se está regenerando del
brutal incendio producido en el año 1993.
